GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF RESEARCH ARTICLE
Manuscript Preparation
Manuscript Length: 2000 to 5000 words
Manuscript submission format: APA 7th edition format
General Formatting Guidelines:
Font: Times New Roman, 12-point size.
Margins: 1-inch margins on all sides.
Line Spacing: Double-spaced throughout the document.
Page Numbers: T op right corner, beginning with the title page.
Headings: Levels of headings should be clear and consistent (APA has specific guidelines for formatting
headings).
Title Page:
Title: Concise and informative. Avoid abbreviations and unnecessary words.
Author Names and Affiliations:
Full names of all authors and their institutional affiliations.
Corresponding Author: Provide the name, address, phone number, and email of the corresponding
author.
Running Head: A short version of the title (50 characters maximum) for the header of each page.
Abstract:
Length: Typically 150–250 words.
Content: Brief summary of the research question, methods, results, and conclusions.
Keywords: 3-5 keywords that capture the main topics of the article.
Main Body:
Introduction: Background information, research question, and hypothesis (if applicable).
Method: Participants, measures, procedure.
Results: Findings presented in a clear and concise manner, including statistical analyses.
Discussion: Interpretation of results, implications of findings, limitations, and suggestions for future
research.
Reference Style:
Format: Alphabetical order by authors' last names.
Examples: Follow APA guidelines for citing books, journal articles, websites, etc.
DOI: Include DOI (Digital Object Identifier) where available.
Tables and Figures:
Numbering: Sequentially (e.g., Table 1, Table 2; Figure 1, Figure 2).
Titles and captions: Below the table or figure, descriptive and concise.
Sources: Provide sources for any previously published tables or figures.
Appendices (if applicable):
Content: Supplementary material such as questionnaires, raw data, or detailed descriptions of methods.
Ethical Considerations:
Informed Consent: If human subjects are involved, state that informed consent was obtained.
Ethical Approval: Specify if the study received ethical approval from a relevant committee.
Conflicts of Interest: Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
Publication Charges:
For Pakistani: 10000 Pakistani Rupees (processing and publication charges)
For Overseas: 50 US Dollars
Manuscript Submission:
There are following submission requirements:
- Click on new submission and write title and abstract
- Upload complete manuscript, including abstract
- Upload the author's permission letter (Names and signatures of all authors)
- Upload a letter of informed consent for data collection or an ethical approval letter.
- Upload a proof of manuscript processing and publication charges
