With the recent surge in popularity of smart phones and tablets, the use of technology has become inescapable and is regarded as an essential component of daily life. There is very little research on this topic that considers a strong correlation between screen time and green time. Because there is a lack of literature on this topic within Pakistan, this research has been conducted with an aim of exploring relationship between more time spent on screens and less exposure to nature (greens) and mental health and education among young adults. A cross-sectional correlational research design was used to analyze the research hypotheses. The study was conduct on participants with the age range of 20–39 years. Ryff‟s Psychological Wellbeing Scale (PWB) was used to measure the psychological wellbeing among young adults. Findings of the study will help caregivers, guardians, educators, and policymakers in order to educate children on proper usage and time management, consequently keeping a check on students' actions both at school and at home, so that they do not waste valuable time on social media.
