Perceived Stress and Psychological Well-being among Students

Abstract

The main objective of the study was to investigate the relationship between perceived stress and psychological well-being among students. The study was based on cross sectional survey design. A sample of 100 students was collected from GIFT University, Gujranwala. Perceived Stress Scale and Psychological Well-being Scale were used for data collection. Hypotheses testing were done by using SPSS (Version 26). Psychometric properties were computed and alpha reliability analysis was conducted. Pearson Correlation was used for investigating relationship betweenvariables. Independent sample t test and One Way ANOVA were used to examine demographic differences. Results indicated that relationship between perceived stress and psychological wee- being among students. Gender, age and department related differences in perceived stress and psychological wee-being among students were also non-significant.
